Hm I just went to gw1 tryed to get heritage armor(I did the beta test for the credits and I have 11) and the npc doesnt present the line for me to buy it.
Is it still bugged?

I’ve sent a request asking for a account restoration yesterday still waiting for a response

no malwares but I’ve changed to passwords of everything

ps How long do they usualy take to respond?

thank you so much for your quick reply rajani, i’ve rolled down on the forum and saw a guy with a similar problem I downloaded malwarebyes and doing a scan as we speak

My account just got hacked, I’ve loged in today (after having to reset my passoword) to find out my account go hacked, my main char deleted and a bunch of sold/destroyed items, I’ve sent a ticket to the suport team already.
I played yesterday just fine, and today my account is completly diferent, the only chars to seem’d untouched are 2 alts I was leveling.
The odd thing is that I had no reset password request on my email(from yesterday), i’ve changed my email password and account passoword
Is there any way you guys could refund/roll back mine account for 1 day?
