One thing ArenaNet doesn’t seem to consider is a lot of the people that raged and said that Super Adventure Box was the worst content ever weren’t even people that disliked jumping puzzles. They were people that try to maximize the amount of Achievement Points they can get from world event content releases. The fact that some of the achievements were difficult and time consuming greatly upset these people as they weren’t really trying to enjoy the mini game, they just saw it as an obstacle to the goal: more achievement points.
Real question is when? People complained about some other legendaries and they got an update really fast. The Minstrel has no noticable effects, even the purple aura on it is far to small to be noticable, especially when you compare it to other auras like The Predator or the greatswords. Yet despite all the patches, this legendary is still ignored.
