I have an account in NA and another EU. I would be lucky to have a good day on the EU server once a week while NA is mostly problem free. Should Anet be charging people money using the EU server when it almost never works?

I advice any new player to go to NA servers.

perhaps this is a ploy for people to keep buying gems and moving servers… perhaps. just my conspiracy theory.

Peak activity: Evenings (7pm+) Australia time; plus weekends.

Game modes: WvW, PvE (dungeon teaching and speed runs, fractal), or just hanging online chatting
Size: Small but with full guild structures, ie guild bank, 10% magic find, etc
Why join?:
Mature membership and no drama policy: All members are required to have and display a mature attitude and behaviour – this does not correlate with a specific age limit. Please be aware that many (probably the majority!) of our members are older gamers, and many have family responsibilities. Our playing time is tight and we don’t want to spend it resolving conflict. Hence social fit with our guild and philosophy is a principle concern.

Not a number: You don’t want a large anonymous guild, but one where people get to know each other, regularly play with each other and have mutual respect for each other. You have limited playing time: You might be casual, or serious. You might play daily, or only once every so often. That’s fine with us.

Guild bonuses: We keep +10% magic find active at all times and we place banners on occasion for our guild activities and our allies.

I’ve recently been kicked at the end of a dungeon run, AC P3. Nothing went wrong throughout, except I asked why we were skipping Kholer which no one replied and moved on. When the Final boss was at 10% i was bumped out of the group and lost my rewards for the run. As no one talked during the run, I had no records or the players so there is no room for reporting.

I remember in GW1, we had a list of recent players. which is only kept in our friends list of a short time. I say, bring that back, so that we have some recourse for unfair kicks. Of course a new penalty or reporting for kicking might have to be implemented.

I am based in Australia, so basically GMT+11:00.
Was wondering if there is a good presence on the server during the GMT 9am time? Me and my mates play both PvE and WvW and are thinking of leaving our server cos both are in the decline.
looking to transfer cos of this post, but was checking out the PvE yesterday, there wasnt many people around.
Cant guest WvW so i have no idea.
Any suggestions will be much appreciated

Just started regular fractal runs to get interested guildies into the higher levels for ascended item drops too.

I was playing with my mate and having trouble with dungeons and wvw and it was a decision to join a local guild or moving to different servers. I found alpha through this forum a couple of months ago and have been enjoying my time with the rest of the guild mates.

We try to help with everyone as best we can.
Enjoy the limited time we have on the game.
