Hello GW2 support,

I wrote to you a week or so ago with the hopes of having a friend of mine’s account back on-line after a details loss. Unnametko8041 (Ticket number: 1304026) has been waiting for about 2 weeks in hopes and suspense, after providing all the needed data of ownership and being promised a reset this Friday (13 March). I will not hide my disappointment in the support given and I hope you are doing your best to keep your promise. I look forward to playing with my friend soon and I hope I will not have to pester you again with my nagging.

Dear Guild Wars 2 support team,

I am PengWinner.6105 (Deman Anhin Kaah) and am writing on behalf of a close friend that I would wish to play with again soon. The problem being my friend Unnametko.8041 (Clare Blackheart) has been away for a few months and has forgotten their log in details for that account. They have also stated their case with you and are waiting to be reviewed (review ticket number: 1304026). I would like to get him up to speed with the game and prepare them for the upcoming expansion, so I would like to urge you to review their case as soon as you can. I thank you for your time and cannot wait for the camera updates and the expansion.

Guild rosters of all my guilds went empty; can’t browse for dungeons; game perceives it as a communication error… Picture shows more
