Please keep in mind that Guild Wars 2 is a global game with hundreds of thousands of players. This means that’s standards of behavior must be upheld.

Personally I think this is a scam due to the fact that the note at the bottom of the mail says:
This message was sent by another player. It was not sent by the Guild Wars 2 Team

Please let me know if I should be worried about this ?

Yes im in Aurora glade at least my main is not there

Please fix Gendarran Fields everytime i login its crashes and says game client got disconnected from server i have 3 other characters and they login fine its just Gendarran Fields thats a problem
