I’m having the same issue described in the original post, I’ve searched everywhere for a solution and have still come up empty handed. My connection is fine during PvE/Questing but lags out and eventually d/c’s in every PvP game. I ran a diagnostic and will post the results as part of this response. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I’ve been having some major issues when playing online in sPvP. I’ve tried searching the forums for similar problems but found nothing that was helpful. I’ll do my best to explain what the problem is, thank you in advance for your feedback/suggestions.

My connection is fine when I am PvE’ing / Questing, however, I’ve recently started to play more sPvP and find that almost every other game now (if not every game) at some point I disconnect.

This is my typical disconnect:

-Game is running fine, no issues
-Later on in the match I notice it starts to get choppy at some points but nothing serious
-All of a sudden my skills are not registering (just pulsing on the action bar, not actually activating the cooldown), and my character is useless (running around on my own screen, but according to my friends I’m running into the wall in game).

The weird thing is, normally a disconnect will also disconnect me from my other background programs (Skype, Google Chrome, etc), but after a DC, when I select Log Out – Character Select, and re-enter the world my connection is “reset” and everything is running smoothly again.

I would really appreciate any and all information that you may think is helpful for my situation. I would understand if I was actually getting disconnected and my other background programs were shutting down and non responsive as well, but what stumps me is the fact that if I go back to Character Selection and re-enter the world its running smoothly again until my next disconnect.

Anyways, I hope this wasn’t too confusing for anyone. Looking forward to hearing some suggestions or any feedback in general.
