For the love of God… PLEASE remove the Authenticator from my account. How hard can it be, dont tell us its a long process. I provided the information, with serial code, Visa..date of birth, colour of my underwear, missing left kitten etc..

This is THE worst support in mmo history, and ive played alotta mmo’s. No support ive met in other games, have had these wait times. Even Blizzard with alot more players, than GW2, managed to solve these problems within days or hours. They want to make 110% sure that its the right owner…great you Guys take this account security seriously. But do you honestly think, the hacker is able to supply the form with, serial key, last four digts of Visa Card and other information, that only the real owner knows ?? Unless someone in ArenaNet is the hacker, no one else knows these things but the buyer of the game.
Thats why im seriously pi…. it can takes days, weeks and months to solve these Things.. Not only me but others are frustrated and cant login before support replies with a “Solved have a nice day”.
Some people keep defending you saying, its takes alotta time removing authenticator from accounts, reset pass and such..BULL…. !! They all filled the forms with all, information and still it takes days, weeks even months… Im sorry but WTF are you Guys doin ???
I paid for a game to play..until now i cant do Jack. Just stare at the 6 digit authentication “ofc i dont stare at it for hours” but thats about it… for the love of GOD remove the authentication and SPEED UP the process so others can play too.
PS – I like this game alot, but the support is killing the fun..like not bein able to play, with my main character.

Monday was 3 days ago. That is not even half a week. Also keep in mind that just “removing the authenticator” is a rather big thing. They must make sure that you are the real owner and such after all. Especially if you have had your account compromised.That said the reason for the delay might be all new people streaming in from the sale last weekend.
Tomorrow is one week, they dont Work weekends or what ?? Ive given them ALL information there is. I can even send them a Picture with my ugly face smiling with the gamebox.

I’ve waited one “almost” week now, and ive only heard from support once. The thing is, i got a main account, which i connected to Google authenticator. And apparently the Google authenticator app, no longer Works with android after it updated to Lollipop. So i wrote an email to support, to ask then to remove the authenticator from my account. And that was Friday last week..ok then, the weekend went and still no answer, and monday came.. no return mail.. but nextday YAY response. GM Argus wrote an email saying my account has been hacked..okey i thought, and that happened because ive either shared my information or was victim to a fraude email.. plus malware. and he wantet me to check my computer for malware and such. GW2 hasnt been installed for almost a year, and i havent touched anything related to GW2…i simply forgot all about GW2, until last week when i wantet to play again. I check my computer weekly and i rarely got anything to that isnt the problem.. and i changed pass and so on. Ive forfilled all his demands and send a email to GM Argus same day i got his response, in which i tried to explain that the Google update messed up the Google authenticator. Im not able to get the 6 digit code.. simple as that. All i want is them to remove the authenticator. I know im not the only player here but… 1 week thats hell of a wait time…
