Guild Wars 2

Ok so I’ve made myself a full set of exotic berserkers armor/weps and trinkets. I have plat doubloons in my trinkets, the 3sec sigil of concentration in my main hand sword. What runes should I run? I have a set of travelers in my armor now, monk in the bank and 2/6 leadership runes….working on 6/6 obviously. I feel like im starting to get the hang of this. I’ve been completing Living World Season 2 and having a blast. Been taking breaks to do dailys, PVP a little, run dungeons but no FOTM yet.

Thanks everyone! So I’ve now found out how most of the meta events work and their timers. I’ve done DS a few times and wow what a blast! Looking forward to getting on tonight and doing some of the others. I think I’m finally getting a grasp on things.

I have since gotten rid of my soilders gear, not sure if destroying it was the right idea but I have to keep my stuff organized. I have crafted a full set of exotic zerks gear minus rings, ammulets and stuff. I have 460 tailoring and 400 chef on my Messer, on my Ele i have 400 jewlcrafting…going to go with weaponsmith so I can make most of my own stuff.

Thank you everyone for the info. I’ll be blinking around doing meta events, world bosses, map completions, random crap and hopefully some FOTM soon!!

Ok i got it. I was in the right direction. I really love tanking but ill start with a basic setup of commanders zerkers. Thank you guys for the help!

should I go for exotic bezerkers set? weps, armor and trinket, rings, earrings etc? I have a full set of soldiers right now.

Ok great! I see at the bottom of the wiki it shows the timing on the event. That’s great to know. When you say zerk/commander’s ascended set how did you get it? Did you craft it? Also how many pieces of bezerkers and how many pieces of commanders?

Hello! I’ve been playing quite abit lately and am interested in exploring more of the game. I’m having some trouble figuring a few things out. A few days ago I started looking up some builds to run fractorals, raids and dungeons. I was excited to start working towards minstrels armor and leadership runes. I soon found out that my 100 gold went to 40 gold to build one piece of exotic minstrels armor. This also took me from 0 to 450 tailoring. I also found that the leadership runes are from Dragon Stand or WvW. I have spent three evenings in Dragon Stand and have not witnessed ONE meta event. In DS its always “rally at the bases”. I’ve ran around but only found a very small amount of noxious pods. I now have 49 Crystalline Ore…..need like 600 for the rune set. I have searched online but cannot find a way to get the Proof of Heroics in WvW.

As for weapons is the only way to get Minstrels weps from crafting? I have seen someone post regarding getting minstrels weps from PvP and or dungeons?

Currently I have a full set of Soilders gear, plat double boons in soldiers trinkets, amulets, and rings.

I have one exotic minstrels chest.

I guess my question is where should I start? What should I do. I’m having fun doing world completion and running all the dungeons. I’m having fun doing Spvp and running around in WvW but I have zero direction on how to progress in gear. Also I have no idea how to find groups for Fractorals…every time i search for a group nothing comes up.
