Ticket 1323199
I submitted my ticket on 3/7/15 and received the automated “Request received” email. Since I never got any other response I sent a reply to the automated email with some updated information related to the problem on 3/22/15. I have still not gotten any response and the problem isn’t resolved. It is currently 11 days short of 2 months since I submitted this request.
I understand that support can get backed up with a lot of requests, but going almost 2 months without any kind of contact or activity on a ticket really bad. At least send a notice or give us a way to check the status on our ticket. After this long I’m wondering if my ticket is lost some were in the system or just being ignored.
