why purchased boosts are not for all characters? I mean, if the pre-purchase goods were for all chars, why not these boosts? Is not fair, Anet?

the game box and receipt was throw away by house cleaning in the trash can and serial number was not destroyed, is perfect if they cannot do anything with game box serial and receipt

So, there is no way to return a MMORPG game in 7 days or something like that and ban the serial number used

I asked because only the digital version they sell has NON-REFUNDABLE specified, the hard copy don’t have this mention.

The physical gw2 game can be returned to best buy and get the money back? Or is not refundable, now that cd-key is used? It is not digital purchase, is the DVD game with serial number inside.
