i believe this is intended, or at least the way the game works right now prevents people from opening and identifying things inside the pvp lobby. This is including Unidentified Dyes as well.
Not really a bug but more of an inconvenience, The collection for Astralaria I displays the Mini Holographic Zinn as being a reward for completing the Zinn’s Study Guide achievement when the actual achievement name is “Zinn’s Prize Student”.
