I can confirm this bug. I put 20 points in Dueling and 30 points in Inspiration and only a one time fury buff appears on phantasms. Before I worked with another build, so i can’t say anything about how long this bug exists or if this combination even never worked. All i may assume is that this is a systematical error or bug. Please fix this asap
