I tried Hechicera.9816 method 2 , and issue still there
Then i did a dual boot with windows xp (full updated) and installed just GW2 , and i got the same issue as in win 7.
I have no more ideas to solve this.

wvwvw is unplayable with this problem.

bumping this thread, It’s annoying to do pvp or puzzles with this issue. Any recent news from Anet ?

i’m having this issue too, i’m using a Logitech g300 mouse.
I found posts of people complaining about this 5 months ago , including one has an Arenanet post , but it still not fixed.
Please guys fix it, it’s a frustrating experience when you are doing WvW or puzzles

Anet plz add regular giants to the game, we need to kill 1000 for the slayer achievment, or delete that achievment.
