I have a pending support ticket opened for guild wars 1 since the 6th of this month that hasn’t received any reply. (I updated it a couple of times with extra information and closed off the accidental duplicates i opened)
My guild wars account is not linked to ncsoft and since the password recovery service is down i cannot link my GW2 account with the GW1 one nor post about the problem on the official forums.
After not having received any reply from the support team (understandable to some degree given the situation i see here on this forum) i finally gave in and made a GW2 account using a different mail address in order to be able to play the game and post about the problem.
I would like someone to look over my ticket and help with instructions towards retroactively linking the 2 accounts, ideally ending with me linking the 2 accounts to the GW1 email (also HOM rewards would be nice i suppose).
Edit: You guys could really use some extra hands in the support section btw. Keep up the good work.
