Guild Wars 2

I am getting stuck at loading screen after maintenance when taking lions arch portals to black citadel. Has happened on two characters so far just tried asura gate and that one worked.

EDIT: If anyone else gets stuck like this I got out of the teleporting loop by when i was logging into the character I spammed the hell out of my S key to dodge backwards before it ported me again.

I do know that for the vista you have to talk to the cannon and not the guy standing next to it but in regards to skill point i have no idea.
