Point value for % population is not a reasonable fix. How you describe it, it would even treat a 500v50v50 the same as a 200v200v200.
Changing the outmanned buff is also not a reasonable fix. It would ruin the fun of all those guys out there enjoying 1v1 and other small encounters. There are better fixes to the underlying problem, and they are well known to game developers as many games have faced the same problem. Have faith that ArenaNet developers can do their job and implement a better solution. They have shown you the amazing talent they have, so give them at least a little credit.

According to peak/off hours, results and current population, reduce/merge the amount of servers, so we have 12 servers with people potentially 24/7.
Are you guys planning on do something about the Bot mayhem this two places turned to? Both in Cursed Shore. Several people (myself included) reported all of the players botting there, but they seem to still be there. Thanks.
I support this idea all the way… many times when outnumbered feel the buff like a bad joke.
I just asked for a little little reward, give me 2 or 3 silver just to cover the cost of damaged armor (as you’re usually alone, making you an excellent target for ganks)
Solutions you bring up, so far:
· Escorting as DE.
· Rewards depending of enemies attacking the Dolyak or not.
· Rewards only if keep/tower is not at full supplies.
· Reward only with Badges of honor.
· Remove the rewards for attacking Dolyaks too.
· Rewards on a sliding scale (people, distance, percentage of supplies at keeps/towers)
· Just 2 or 3 silver if keep/tower is not at full supplies.
Give me anyone…

What is it with people and their obsession with needing a reward for everything?
My guild plays WvW because it is fun. We do whatever is neccesary to win. If that means looking at hairy Dolyak butts, then so be it. When you win, the knowledge that your effort contributed to the victory is the reward.
If your perception of “fun” is based on the carrots being dangled in front of you, you’re really missing out, bro.
Do you escort dolyaks? really fun… I was begging for some invaders up there all by my own..
And you really missed the point, I said a reward besides the supplies delivered, I really do it for the server, and for the win, and I’m not asking much… at least some karma, some silver, something, not gonna make the escort much fun I know, but at least it’s something for those 5 minutes or so babysitting the donkey…
I really like the ideas you guys are throwing…
I know the XP for Dolyak escort has dissappeared because of people abusing it, but no rewards at all have the opposite impact, almost nobody wants to do the job, or if they do, don’t fell they’ve been rewarded for such important task (besides the supplies delivered).
I spent most of the night escorting Dolyaks to Woodhaven, Dawn’s Eyre and Garrison because we needed those like water, with some occasional help along the night… got ganked like 5 times, spending a lot of silver in repairs… and do I get some reward? at least 5 silver? no, nothing, zero.
This “job” (because it gets kind of boring most of the times) need some kind of (non-exploitable?) reward for people doing it, because it’s vital for the server and it’s some kind of incentive.
If you’re rewarded for killing Dolyaks, why shouldn’t get something for keeping them alive?

What? lol, HoD have no alliance with SBI, what are you talking about? Just got here from WvW and both sides (JQ and HoD) are hitting us hard… stop being paranoid man, the so called alliance won’t work for any of us, maybe you should make one with either one of us instead..
