Guild Wars 2

This is seriously starting to get on my nerves. When you are working on an instance in your personal story and its decided to put the retry from check point spawn right where if you take a few steps you get booted from the instance. This has happened so many times and with even a minor lag, you don’t see the notice before getting the boot.As well as when being reved you are randomly looking at any which direction and run yourself out before you even get the darn warning. This doesn’t usually bother me, but when the last mob is nearly dead and you fail to get a rally and you get booted like this its a serious cuss fest on the more difficult personal story instances.

I suggest that the checkpoint be moved slightly more into the instance area and not so close to the darn instance limit. Or at least have an option to get rid of this booting. Or perhaps to have you rev looking forward into the instance area and not towards the limit.I am so visually impaired that i cannot read the corner map well and don’t see the wall half the time and it being so near the limit makes it seriously frustrating.

I feel like a pompous ..donkey…whenever I play my norn character. It simply doesn’t match my choices or anything, I feel so rude and ignorant playing her.

The voice itself doesnt bother me, but the way they were done , does. More neutral would have been nice. >.<

I had issues even starting the download and install, once i got over that issue i had issues finishing it.. it took forever but it was some security software blocking me. I ended up uninstalling my anti virus for install as i was desperate and it worked. I am not technologically adept so i couldn’t get the firewall to allow no matter how many steps and so on…it kept blocking form the background even with it shut off and set as admin.

I hope that perhaps someone with support might see this and possibly have some insight on my issue.

This has become so very frustrating.

Unfortunately, If i change the gamma for the whole screen it affects the aide programs and will make them unreadable, as I’ve attempted this already.

I do hope that there is a method though…as I will not be able to complete the game at this rate.

This is my first time creating a topic on these forums so please forgive me if I’ve posted in the wrong section.

I was wondering if changing the Gamma is only enabled for full screen? I am trying to enable it in windowed mode to no avail. I inquire as I am severely visually impaired and need to play in window mode to allow programs to aid my vision to run properly so that I can see the game properly. I Cannot see much when the maps are dark so I avoid them currently. As it is a major source of frustration.

I was wondering is there indeed an option to adjust Gamma while in windowed mode, If not is this something that is able to be changed? As I am sure I am not the only person who is visually impaired and trying to enjoy all aspects of the game. I wonder if perhaps There is and I may just be missing it…which happens often as I’m, nearly blind lol.
