Yea, I have to agree with some of the sentiment expressed here. The ending of the personal story line / Arah story really is a classic example of deus ex machina. Maybe it could have gone better than it did but I still think they can innovate more in the future.

What’s surprising is that the design earlier in the campaign seemed paced a lot better. Either way, I think we could still see some interesting twists in the future.

I pretty much only play Asura females so far so I’ll add to that list (some repeats)

“You’re dumb, you’ll die and you’ll leave a dumb corpse”
“That’s my blood!”
“I’m still smarter than you” — on downed
“I don’t think well on the ground” — on upped
“How’s that feel? Excruciating?”
“‘I majored in pain, with a minor in suffering”
“I’m weakened? Preposterous!”
“Help me, I’m hurt!” — this plea sounds so genuine it’s scary

Ele:
“The waters rage!”
“Observe the power of fire”
“I command stone and soil”
“Let the storms rage!”

Necro:
“I can always make more”
“I didn’t think it would pop like that”
“Glad I didn’t name that one”

Doesn’t really matter, people actually just write “kitten” in their posts now anyway.

Kitten has become the universal curse word in the community.

Yep, no place for Asura. They really have a society and technology which is off the scale compared to the other 8 species.

The thing I love about Asura is how they just seemlessly combine magic and technology like it’s all just part of the same thing. Makes for some really interesting lore.

If this is still going on I am interested in learning. I do most of the other dungeons and fractals up to 18. Arah has been on my list for a while.
