Guild Wars 2

i re-installed mine and re-downloaded mine and now it works. a slow connection screws with the files. and try to do it in one go, don’t download it in segments. hope it works for the rest of ya’ll. oh and the support team tried helping,but its not a problem they can fix.
so to recap,slow internet = problems.

brand new patch,same 2 files that wont download…perfect

If anything,i just really hope it gets fixed soon. as far as i can see,the game still has a lot of bugs and errors in it. I don’t want to wait another week to play the game

I have the exact problem with mine. I’m at the last 2 files to download before i can even start playing and it just wont allow me to download it. the exact same thing happens to me.
I have been waiting with my support ticket for a couple of days now as well

I’ve bought the game and totally installed and started downloading it,but as it was coming to an end the download stopped.
i have 2 more files to get,but for some reason neither my computer nor my laptop can download it.
is this normal?

I’ve also given a support ticket and I’ve been waiting 4 days now
I’m running windows 7
