10 days and gamebreaking bug still not fixed.

Even mesmer’s phantasms are lot better then ele’s elementals.

Three days ago, my friends and I played paid tournaments two times. But we resived reward for second one only. I’ve contact with game support and resive the reply only two days later. Here it is:
“While we would like to replace your items, the Guild Wars Support Team is unable to replace individual items or characters in the manner that you are describing. We simply do not have the tools to provide this service at this time.”
GW2 is my first MMO there I am not able to get help in such simple request.

Ladder will not solve anything becouse number of teams playing paids is extemely low.

And Anet, why game support cant do anything with missed rewards for paids? I’ve lost my tickets and didn’t get anything becouse of gamebug, and support says they can do nothing with it.

We had 2 games in paid tournaments, but got revard for only second one.

How many teams playing paids now? I cant play it for two days becouse nobody play it.
