Guild Wars 2

Im posting on my sons account. My question is since I have had password problems after registration. I can’t access my account thru the client nor the website, how do I reset my password if I haven’t even logged in to make my first chacter. I did try the reset option and took the .#### out of my account name but it errored. I did submit a ticket yesterday however. Any advice would be awsome.

I got all excited with the recovery link. Untill I filled it out and got to the last line " name a character on your account ". Well since my problem is my password got buggered up after registration I haven’t even been loged into the game yet to create one. This is my sons account im posting on so i’ll play the wait game for my ticket response.

I feel your pain. My experiance is abit differant with the same result. I bought two copies one for me and my son for his b-day. So I get home install go thru the game client to register. Filled out all my info recived my congradulations email. Launch the client and it says my password is incorrect. So I go to log into my account on the website. It says my password is invalid. Sad part is I know the password I used i’ve done all the checking if I cap locked ect. So I put in a ticket yesterday for a pass reset. Im just glad that my sons account didn’t bugger up while getting his registerd.
Any possible word when we can do a password retrival or a reset. I saw the posting that said today so I hope it is the case.
