Hey!

So basically the problem I’m having is that when I click “play” in the client, I get a blackscreen for a while and then I get this error message saying:

“A serious error has occurred that prevents the program from continuing to run. You can help us prevent this error from occurring in the future by reporting it to ArenaNet. Please press the Send Button to report this error.”

I did send the error message just a while ago. The problem is the following (I don’t know anything about coding so..):

You are lucky. I went to Straits of Devastation on my level 77 warrior and saw three brand new events there, decided to participate one of them and it happened to be the one with a necromancer boss. I fought there and got level up, instead of getting leveled to 78, I got it to 79. So, when I was slaying the necromancer down, it was halfway down, I was about to die with 1k hp left. But then my client just crashed. Every time I try to go back on my warrior, the client just crashes and can’t do anything, restarting the client doesn’t help or anything :S hop they get this fixed and soon could get back on my warrior

West side of Straits of Devastation

Hey! I went to the west side of Straits of Devastation on my level 77 warrior. I saw three brand new events there and decided to try one of them. This event I tried happened to be the one with the necromancer boss. As I said, my warrior was level 77 when I went there and I was just about to level up to level 78. Instead of getting a level to 78, I got leveled to 79, Well, that’s not the problem I’m having here, but decided to tell about that bug as well. My main problem is that when I was killing the necromancer boss, it had half of its health left and I was about to die with 1k health, then suddenly my client crashed. Of course I opened the client again and tried to go back on my warrior with no results, straight when the loading screen comes to the Straits of Devastation, my client crashes. I repeated that many times, every time getting the same client crash. But when I try to go and play on my other characters, for example ranger, it logs in fine with no trouble, I just can’t log on to my warrior and it’s my beloved class at the moment. I hope you could help me out!
