OMG I just can’t believe it. ArenaNet is doing this wrong, it’s impossible to get this item with a lot of ppl killing the veteran or destroying the totem. I send a ticket and ArenaNet’s answer is giving me headache!

I have the same problem, I used to hear it. Can hear other legendaries sound but The Dreamer.
