Its been said that stun duration rounds up. For example, if a stun is 2 seconds, and the player has Sigil of Paralyzation slotted, the system will round the 2.1 seconds to 3 seconds stun.
So the question is: Rune of Melandru grants -25% stun duration. So, if the stun is 2 seconds, the Rune of Melandru brings it to 1.5 seconds. However, as noted above, it is round back up to 2 seconds. If this logic is correct, then the -25% stun duration on Melandru Rune is a waste unless the opponent’s stun is 4 seconds or more, or you have an item or consumable that grants you at least another -25% stun duration (since most stuns/knockdowns are 2 seconds).
What’s your take on this?
