In the past, VG used to turn (large orange arrow turns around) when he cast his blue teleportation circles. However, he no longer does this, and I am unsure if this is a bug or a new change.
For the collection Ad Infinitum III, the Mist Geyser that is needed to be interacted with for part of the collection (Magically Charged Infusion Sample) is nowhere to be found in the fractal.
