120905-001061 is my ticket support number.
Was hacked either sunday (Sep2) or monday(Sep3) and have known of my ban since tuesday. I logged on and was notified that I had been perma-banned for gold selling even thought I personally had not done it. I’m sure I was hacked if this occurred.
It’s been more than 72 hours since I submitted my ticket for the issue, but I’m sure you all are very busy. Looking forward to playing! Thanks for the help!

I’m wondering how I am supposed to get my account back. I’ve been away from the game for about three days and when I logged in a few minutes ago I was told I was permanently banned for doing things in game for real life money.
I never did these things, and I’m sure the logged IP addresses of those who did this act are completely different than my own. Having spent around 65-70$ on the game, I’d like to get my account back. I do enjoy the game, but have been obviously inconvenienced by a hacker or something.
I’d be happy to provide any additional information necessary. Thanks.

Following this message were a few tutorials. One on how to reset my email or password, and one to deal with phishing and spam attempts. Neither of which are of any real help.
The last tutorial was on how to close the ticket and mark it as resolved. Though, I tried to log in to the game despite the fact that the email response does not mention if my ban was lifted. I was still banned, so of course I don’t want to close my ticket.
I don’t know if there was a misunderstanding and that maybe I wasn’t clear as to what my problem was in my ticket, but I’m fairly certain I expressed that I was wrongfully banned.
When will this be taken care of? Actually… When this is taken care of will my message actually be read and will I be helped according to my actual problem?
SUMMARY:
I logged in a few days ago and found that I was perma-banned for performing a service in game for real life money (didn’t get an email on any specifics, I had to find out myself upon logging in). I was appalled as I never engaged in any such act, and immediately took to the support page.
I submitted a ticket and 3 days later I get a response that not only does not lift my ban, but instead offers solutions for a completely different problem.
I’d like someone to look at my incident knowing that I have been PERMA-banned for an act not committed on my end. I believe I had to have been hacked for any sort of gold selling/spam to have occured. I would like the ban to be lifted as soon as possible. I’d like to play the game again, but this is very frustrating. Obviously hackers are a problem, but when I submit a ticket and the response has nothing to do with my issue then I get upset.
Great game, but I would like to have my account back, thanks.

I was logged out for awhile and relogged yesterday when I received a notification that I was banned when I tried to log in. It said I had tried to make real world money within the game which had to have been done by a hacker because I didn’t do that.
I’m willing to provide any additional proof necessary. I would just like to play the game. Thanks.
