I think it was about 300 kb.
I can confirm that is it very slow for the actual patch as well (200+ mb according to reddit)
I just finished the pre-patch screen you guys are stuck on. I think the total was a little over 5000 kb (I had to restart the pre-patching multiple times). This process took 3 hours so far. Will update when it goes further.
Why would they make legendaries available for sale? You would think that a legendary is an item that someone would have if they were extremely committed to the game. Now who is willing to pay real money can have the legendary..
I don’t have a legendary myself, but I think it totally destroys the effort that a lot of people put in to get their legendary (farming all the mats and gold, getting all the RNG items and completing the map).
Gold was just one part of it, now for X amount of gold, you can own a legendary today, doesn’t matter if you got the game a week ago and just hit level 80.
There needs to be a gold sink in the game.. since the main source of trading is through the TP, that is the main gold sink in GW2. Just imagine if there were no system like this.. players would keep gaining gold with nothing taking gold out of the game. Eventually all items are going to be worth thousands of gold just because the rate of gold coming in to the game is much higher than the gold leaving the game (little to none?).
TLDR: Gold needs to enter and leave the economy for it to function correctly.
Has anyone gotten one of the Total Makeover Kits as a daily reward yet?
I noticed that all products under the ‘services’ tab have dropped for me at some point in the daily reward chest (except the two new items). I was wondering if they also drop from the reward chest.
