@Inculpatus cedo.9234: Good questions. It was a stand-alone purchase, not an upgrade, and yes – before 1st Anniversary. I didn’t realize that by being an early adopter I would lose out on some bonuses. =\ I hope that’s not how this story ends. Thanks for your helpfulness.

That’s in addition to the fact that we were among those whose client crashed out of the Ancient Karka fight right before the end, losing us our reward there, too.

So really for us the whole event sucked.

This same problem happened to me and to my wife during the Lost Shores Event. Hardly any of our karka kills gave XP or loot.

It wasted the XP boosters we both used in anticipation of the battles associated with the Event.
