So, I just recently updated my nvidia driver to the latest, though I’m really not sure if this problem was happening before the update as well, but every now and then there would be some part of a building that seems to be glowing. It happened in some other places but I just ignored them till now.

This effect can be fixed if I move the “Shader” option under graphics options to medium, but I’m wondering why it’s doing this on high
