Hey,i found solution that could solve this problem.

Just add command line “-perf -windowed”.

Then you can see windowed mode log-in screen.

1. I have same problems,and my O.S. is win xp too.

2. I think those problems are relating to win xp system.

3.GM,could you solve those problems as quickly as possible?

Transfer to low population severs

Say it 3 times with me

Frist step: Just qiut your high population severs

Second step: Transfer to low population severs

Third step: Lets go starting season2

Their fool pocily dicision will cause ending of this game really.
