Looked around on nVidia forum and it would seem that driver versions above 300 tend to sporadically crash, then recover. I reverted my driver to version 295.73. I’ve been playing for a good 3 hours now and it seems to hold.
Did some checking on the Net and it would seem that nVidia drivers above 300 result in sporadic driver crashing. So I reverted my driver to the 295.73 version. Will see if it holds later today.

I NEVER had problems running GW2 on this system in the past (aside from the occasional disconnect)
I don’t know if anyone else mentioned this but, sometimes while playing my screen goes black while the music stutters. I have to completely restart my comp and then I get the message that my system has been restored from a serious error.
Both my thief and mesmer need to go to Gendarran Fields to advance their personal stories and/or level up while I’m at it.
BUT!
When I go to GF, my game crashes. It doesn’t happen in Kessex Hills, the map next door.
And now I can’t even log on to my lvl 80 ranger, which is in Lion’s Arch.
Fix, pls
