Union Games started as a UK based gaming community, with a focus on games such as Halo Reach, Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 3, Minecraft, World of Warcraft, Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning, Star Wars The Old Republic and many others! When the release date of Guild Wars 2 finally arrives, this will become a massive point of focus for many of our players. In anticipation of this, we have decided to extend our reach in search of new members to add to the family.
Since launching in 2010 we’ve seen a large growth in players and content creators, a significant website overhaul, and a new social media integration platform. Union serves not only as a playing community, but a gaming hub, giving players the chance to share their experiences in ways they may not have had the chance to before.

Over the last year, our 48 Hour Live Gaming streams have seen us raise more than $500 for charities including Childs Play and Athene’s Sharecraft. We aim to host as many user driven events as we can and hope to hold tournaments and challenges. This includes our monthly Influence prize draw for top contributors, as well as 1v1 tournaments and Speedruns.
We also provide a broad range of news across all platforms and games that we play, keeping our community up to date with everything that’s happening. World v World is a considerable part of the Guild Wars 2 experience and is an excellent way to involve a lot of our players at once. With a strong officer background in PvP and a familiarity with strategising and leading large battles, it only made sense for us to get involved.
Our main focus may be on PVP in Guild wars 2, but this isn’t to say that we will be ignoring PvE completely. Many of our officers have interests in endgame PvE progression and they will be driving us towards some great achievements.

On launch day, and for the first few months, all Influence will be dumped into the Perks providing EXP and other levelling orientated perks to allow us to reach max level ASAP. Our first few weeks will be spent ensuring the defence of our own server island structures whilst developing strong offensive strategies.
After this comes a full steam ahead charge into WvW!!! We will be driving our WvW perks as fast as possible to give us the ultimate edge!
Union’s main aim is to unite smaller guilds together pulling together into a larger WvW community, with scheduled fighting days in which smaller guilds can pledge to us for the duration of the match to provide the WvW Perks without having to sacrifice the Influence of their own guild’s direction.
