Guess it depends on the borderland. I’m on BG and I queued for our borderlands this past weekend. In that borderland, it seems that both IOJ and SBI are against us. Every time we take back the supply camp north of our citadel, either IOJ or SBI are taking it back. We even had both IOJ and SBI on our garrison either at the same time or pretty close to it over the weekend.
I can assure you we do not and have never conspired with IoJ. In fact they’re frequently bugging us in the south and vice versa.
