Guild Wars 2

I have a triple monitor setup running in Eyefinity mode. My problem is that at the character select and cut scenes the characters are cut off and I cann’t see anything above their chests or below their knees. I’ve read that others have this problem and that the 12.8 drivers have fixed this. For me it hasn’t.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This is in the “Reclaiming Incendio Templum” line and is not showing up. He stands a few yards west of Rankar Harrownight bragging about how fast he can fix stuff. His chat chains do not trigger any quest to help him.
