So here’s where you’re wrong.
Phantasms use your stats, but not your weapon damage. All phantasm damages are calculated using a level 80 exotic weapon. This means that you can’t get rock solid numbers using steady weapons, unfortunately.
I’ve been meaning to go through and calculate all the phantasm coefficients, just haven’t yet.
I will test this tonight and be back with results
This is catered for PVE, where conditions are ignored and zerker is expected for maximized dps, should of stated

Edit: Confirmed Weapon range does not affect phantasm damage, so the coefficient changes based on if you calculate it or not, but it is still relevant and DPS is not affected (because math). Coefficients are as follows:
Not calculating weapon damage (power * coeff / armor)
Swordsman —- 1828 (yes, 1828.**)
Duelist —- 272
Exotic 80 weapon damage (wep * pow * coeff / armor)
Swordsman —- 0.19 (0.2 is a bit high)
Duelist —- 0.28
So in the end it really doesnt matter, can use the no weapon coefficient to make future math easier

Several classes can insta 25 stack torment abusing heal skills with no internal cd, is this intended or did devs drop the ball?
a bit redic, looks like its unintended because they didnt expect people to zerg it, 5 min event spawns = ruined economy
Currently when you use the sonic tunneling tool you dont get any passive class speed boosts with it (Signet of shadows and its equivalent)
I understand it is a ‘costume’, but it has an almost mount like quality. I’d love to use it while running from area to area or while running errands in LA, but ultimately I am handicapping myself
Suggestion: allow utility skills while in sonic tunneling form (all of them, using some causes costume to end)

Currently when you use /wiki [ITEM] it searches for the item’s hex code
i.e. typing in /wiki and then shift clicking an item results in the webpage searching for the item/wp’s code rather then the item itself.
It would be nice if using the /wiki prefix automatically stripped the brackets and searched for the item/wp/poi itself
Twenty minutes is within one hour is it not? Because that’s what they said. “Within one hour”. And then they still give you an hour warning before you’ll be forced to download.
I can say: “A patch within one year”. Do you think anyone is happy with that? I srsly rather wait 2 hours and have an exact time rather than waiting with fear for a patch at an event…
They gave you a heads up “Within one hour” I think you’d be hard pressed for anyone to liken that to ‘one year’ as you put it. Then they STILL gave you a one hour window of notice so that you could finish anything you were doing.

Under the new system, characters can be rendered in three different ways:
High resolution models – These are the high-res character models that you’re all already familiar with.
Lower resolution fallback models – These are the models that we’ve been using as placeholders in WvW while the hi-res models load. They differ depending on race and armor class, though human, sylvari, and norn share the same model.
Nameplates only – We don’t render the model at all and instead only show the nameplate for that character.
We’ve also added two new options to allow players to select how WvW characters are displayed:
WvW Character Limit – This controls how many of the reported characters render with a model and how many are rendered only with nameplates.
WvW Character Quality – This controls how many of the characters rendered with a model use the high resolution models and how many use the lower resolution fallback models.
