I see, and rank points and glory is used to obtain this better looking gear, I understand? Are there any leaderboards?

I got a question, because I don’t know if I correctly understand some things: the only one reward from playing structured PvP (hot join and tournaments) is better looking gear that I can use only in sPvP? Or are there any other rewards as rank in ranking, gear with better stats or other thing I don’t know? Thanks for putting some light on this feature.
