For the record, I submitted a ticket for my account a week ago (Sept 21st) and I’m still waiting for a reply. I’ve heard 10 days =/ Hopefully it’s quicker for you.

Submitted a ticket on September 21st inquiring about my banned account (suspected hacking). CS representative asked for more info, which I provided. I was then told someone would be in contact with me ASAP. Today, I checked the status and it’s marked as closed. I received no answers and wasn’t contacted again as promised.
The reference # is 120922-000473. I’d paste the entire correspondence but I’m writing this from my phone which makes it a bit of a hassle.
Thank you for your time. I really hope this is resolved quickly since it’s already been a week.
My account had the same issue and I agree its a huge joke how bad the security in this game is. It took about 10 days for me to get my account back.
Well this doesn’t instil me with a great deal of hope or confidence.
