Guild Wars 2

I have tried to install the game on different drives, i have turn off my firewall, removed my antivirus nothing helps

when I installed the game, the downloading of patch files stops very quickly, it is different how many files are downloaded and how many megabytes, the problem started yesterday, i got this massage
