Yes, made it, i uninstalled the antivirus program and i can now install the game with out any issue.

but it seems when i log out i need to down load it again every time as the game isnt “installed”

Found a work around, downloaded 64 bit beta client, made new folder, moved the clinet there, and game updated as normal, manage then to enter the game

I have same issue with same message window, removed Guild wars 2 folder, as the game didnt registerd in windows, downloaded client, but got the same message window.
