I’m having similar issues. Time Warner said they were aware of the issue and were working on it, but it’s been ~6 weeks and remains unfixed. I’m getting very annoyed as anytime I’m doing a personal story quest, I get dropped out of my instance and have to start that section over from scratch. Might try connecting through a VPN service to see if that helps route around the problem connections at all.

After going back and forth with Tech Support for the last week+, they’ve come to the conclusion that it’s packet loss on the side of my ISP (Time Warner). So I’m going to be going toe-to-toe with their tech support shortly. NCSoft’s Tech Support was awesome and communicative through the process.

I am having the same problem. Followed all of the steps advised (Editing the shortcut target with the IP, setting up port-forwarding). But that didn’t seem to help.
