How do I transfer equipment from one of my chars to another. I tried the mail, but that didn’t work. Don’t know what else to try.

Also shouldn’t I be able to transfer account bound equipment between same account chars?

How do I interact with the vistas points on my map. I go and look around, but nothing happens and no interact option appears.
