Still having this problem! I submitted a ticket 12 hours ago – still no answer. When will they fix this?!
Same problem. I have a whole fun gw2 weekend scheduled. Please fix it.
Okay, so here’s my problem. 99% of time time when I log in, all the other players and npcs freeze, walking or spinning in place within a minute. The other 1% of the time, I get all of 10 minutes of gamplay, then it happens. Trying to use my abilities when this happens makes the move flash infinitely. All this lasts for about a minute until it crashes, giving me an error that starts with 7:11.
I’ve spent the last two days trying to fix this. So far I have:
- Run GW2 as an administrator
- Disabled AVG antivirus 2014
- Run GW2 only using port 80
- Opened ports (inbound and outbound) 80, 443, 6112, and 6600 on my firewall
- Restarting my computer (multiple, multiple times)
Is there anything else I can try? I can’t reinstall GW2 because I lost my disc (I bought it over a year ago) I should also mention that I have successfully played GW2 before – last time it worked was last halloween about.
