How the hell did that “kitten” get there… it was supposed to be “cool”. o.o

So let’s say I’m level 15. There is a kitten looking, lvl 30 sword. And I have a level 10 sword. Can I make my level 10 sword look like the lvl 30 sword, and use it? I’m already assuming no, but i’d like to make sure.
