Old topic, but if someone has still the same problem. I pushed my magic find, traveled to the spiky area in the north of the wayfarer foothills and voila after 5 sons i got it.
Interesting note: I killed like 30 of these one hour before that without the magic find. And i didnt even get one after all. So the magic find is the key to success

If i use all my signets, my last hit with hundred blades on target golem – heavy deals 10.144 dmg
PS And i dont have any runes on armor
