Thank you! But just out of curiosity why would my character still be on the leveling system where I go through the quest the old way, but the new accounts have a whole new set of leveling rules.

Tried e-mailing and opening tickets… please help!
My brother just bought the collectors game and installed it. We were running quest together and Nord and we killed the giant ice worm. For me there is a blue arrow (skill quest arrow) and I can click to redeem my first skill point which unlocks all of the other skill point quest.
When he tried to click it does not work and prompts a reply to “I will come back later” We have made new characters and different races and it still always bugs when it’s time for him to get his first skill point. We have checked the accounts and everything is authenticated and seems in order.
Please help! Really want to get into this game since it looks so fun!
