Title says it all.
Figured this deserved its own thread that people actually can support.
But the logic behind it is simple, and perfectly legit.
Town Clothes -needs- to be customizable as seperate set pieces. Only a madman or someone who cares exceptionally poorly about his customers would actually do it any other way.
This new wardrobe function is amazing, and opens so many possibilities, so why cut it in half and make it handicapped by this crude all or nothing thing for the town clothes?
That’s absurd. There’s so much joy in being able to mix them together, and since I’ve seen the video about the wardrobe where emphasis in customization is so underlined, I really fail to see why you wouldn’t let us customize that.
Get your thinking gears straight, lads. This isn’t acceptable. It really, -really-, isn’t.
I honestly think that you should just take down all the sets from the Gem Store and remake them.
I’ve seen many complaints about the reskinning, you only acted on the “special feel” for human cultural, but not the rest. The heavy set is just full on hideous, there are so many sets on par with the medium and light you used, but you choose something incredibly stupid.
And the mere concept of reskinning, if we’re going to spend money on it, could you not atleast -bother- making a new skin with some fancy flames? (Even if personally I hate flashy, flamey, shiney, what-have-you themes in gear).
I’m writing this in its own topic because I feel it’s an important issue and you should do something more about this, not just the Light Set you took down.
I sincerely find this truly disturbing and utterly spirit breaking. To not be able to play in World versus World when I want to is just absolutely daft.
What if I’m one of those people who have limited time at my hand? What if when I log on I have the time -there and then- to join a WvW and do my fighting? What if I don’t -have- the time to wait for two hours in some god forsaken queue?
You’re discouraging people to play the bloody game. Get your act together if you ever want to become a game people actually -want- to play. Don’t make it worse every chance you get.
