Having an average of 300 ping whether I’m in Singapore or Perth my glider deployment times have also been adversely affected, Some areas a creative solution allows me to still land on the ley lines in time to hitch the ride however for quick response ley lines (like the one in Auric Basin going into Burnisher’s Quarry) no matter how I try there’s no alternate method to hopping onto that leyline. Thankfully there are alternative methods to everything and I managed to finish mapping all HoT maps but the problem still remains especially in gliding heavy adventures. The optimist in me would like a fix but with Anet constantly working on other projects my inner realist doesn’t expect one very soon what with the legendary collection bugs, pvp match throwing etc.
PS: Watching Martyrr fall out of the sky for no reason was funny the first few times.

Hi! My mother actually has a similar situation and has been locked out of the game for nearly 2 weeks now for attempting to purchase HoT on her own credit card, is there any chance it could get looked at?

Hello, my mother tried to prepurchase HoT for both herself and I, after attempting to purchase the game on all three credit cards she owned and not succeeding, she attempted to do so in game. The ticket number was #1635990. She was notified that one of the purchases she had made was re-enabled to be looked at. The day after she received an email that the purchase had went through on her American Express card and was sent an email with the serial codes. However because the American Express card she had used to purchase the game was used in game before the purchase was re-enabled and was rejected her account has been permanently suspended as a result. Note that this is the same American Express card that she not only successfully purchased Heart of Thorns from Anet but the same card she used to buy gems on that account with no issues. Is there anything we can do?
