Thanks for replying. I can mention that this has now occurred two additional times, one at Jormag and one at Shadow Behemoth.
Earlier today, I participated in the Claw of Jormag event. When it was finished I ran to pick up my loot, but nothing was there. The chest did not appear, and neither did the bonus chest. Please take a look at this developers. And please share if this has happened to you.
