I just wanted to take the time to say thank you to Anet for the wonderful customer service they have showed me over the past couple of days.
I’ve never had as great of an experience with customer service as I have with Anet.

Same issue on my end, but with my ranger in Silverwastes and my mesmer in Frostgorge.
