I had same problem but found the reason. I did not open one of my chests for one of the individual maps. I just waypointed to each map until I found it and boom DONE!

Revisit every area, especially ones that you are unsure about, because if Chantry doesn’t fix it, the almost 100% cause is that you missed a reward chest in an area other than the one you completed last.

For some reason, this causes it to bug until you get that chest.

Hey all I have completed 100% of the map and have got the achievement ‘Been There Done That’ But never recieved my rewards.

People say they cannot see the map completion star next to my name.

Tried going to the chantry of secrets but no luck.

This is very frustrating. Can anyone help?

Fair enough I should’ve done my research. They are still crap though.

Well I wont be wasting anymore gems on them.

Id rather be able to use it to get back up and stand a chance not just die instantly.

What is the point in having to ‘Buy’ a revive orb if when you use it, it takes just as long to revive you as a normal player and you get hardly any HP. If you buy the item I wouldve thought you would get extra HP or something.
